The Wedding Arrangers are a complete event service. We’re dedicated to throwing the best celebrations in London! We prioritise food, music and booze (I mean, that’s what all the best parties are based on, right?!) Let us build your wedding party around those as the foundation. Dry hire and blank canvas venues are what we concentrate on. We work with couples on their creative vision to produce parties that are utterly unique to them. From curating the catering, furnishings, decor, bar, lighting and overall vibe to perfection.
We work with an incredible selection of outside suppliers withing the industry. Including club quality DJs, creative florists, amazing bands & entertainers and some of the very best photographers in the business. We’ll explore your ideas and vision as well as having a frank discussion on your budget before pulling together the most exceptional suppliers that are perfect for you.
We’ll tackle the wedding budget from the outset. It’s our job to spend your money – but we’ll do that in the most productive and creative way possible to achieve your wedding dreams. You will be updated about your budget throughout the process as decisions on suppliers are made so that you are always in control.
On the big day, The Wedding Arrangers team are committed to being the first on site and the last to leave. We employ an incredible crew of event staff who work regularly on all of our weddings to set up your space to perfection. Our team will deliver your delicious food and drinks, take care of your guests and finally clear out the venue and manage load out.
We’ll be part of your team from the beginning, holding your hand through the process and delivering a wedding party beyond your expectations.
