If you are dreaming of a secluded beach wedding, then this real wedding from Nathan Walker Photography won’t fail to disappoint!
And Cornwall certainly provides a stunning backdrop. Bridal preparations took place in a yurt before heading, via the cliff top, down to the secluded beach. The bride’s brother conducted the wedding ceremony – another personal touch. There was no formal seating for the beach ceremony – everyone just chose a place to sit on the sand.
Afterwards the party continued at the nearby farmhouse. It was decorated with surf boards to remind the couple of their times travelling in South Africa. One of the bridesmaids sketched pictures of the wedding guests as wedding favours and there was no wedding cake! Instead a three-tier giant cheese cake (now that’s my kind of wedding!).
And the entertainment continues with the bride’s parents doing a musical number. To close the night the grooms’ friend, DJ Shumba, performed a DJ set.
