An Alternative Intimate Wedding - Ceremony of Six
A grand wedding was never on the cards for Abi & Jake who initially planned to elope abroad. After Covid hit, they changed their plans to this alternative intimate wedding. They had six people at their ceremony and had a small celebration afterward. The venue created an ‘outdoor living room’ space for them to celebrate, complete with the ceremony decorations and fire pits to keep it cosy. Their autumn colour scheme was stunning amongst the October leaves. The couple used cushions, curios, and decorations from their own home in their decor. We love resourceful wedding styling!

A Bespoke Black Wedding Dress For An Alternative Bride
Abi’s bridal look is friggin’ beautiful! She worked with Lucinda and Laura at Boho Bride Boutique to create this individual wedding look with black lace sleeves, tulle layered skirt and a corset base. If you can’t find your dream dress in a shop, get it made! Abi absolutely rocks this black wedding dress, completing the look with patterned boots from Irregular Choice and some badass accessories.

Our best wedding advice is always to cut out the stuff that doesn’t make you happy. Abi and Jake did exactly this, scrapping the speeches and surrounding themselves with close friends and family. Oh, and their pup, of course!
