Fire and ice- a fantasy themed wedding
Winter is coming! This shoot was inspired by the themes of the joining of Ice and Fire found in Game of Thrones. The team decided to depict a double wedding of an ice couple and a fire couple. Instead of portraying particular characters, the couples’ looks are inspired by themes that they represent. They modernised the wedding theme with mohawks and corsets from Engineers Of Desire, modern bridal gowns from Pantiles Bride and accessories and capes by Peacock And Pearl.
These beautiful wedding wolves from Watermill Wolves are a beautiful, quirky addition to the shoot! We wonder if they are distant relations to the Direwolves featured in Game of Thrones as part of House Stark?

Hidden away in the Kent countryside, the Lost Village of Dode is all that is left of a former Norman church built over 900 years ago. It is an ancient and sacred building that carries so much history. It was abandoned in 1349 as a result of the Black Death sweeping the country. Now, it is a brilliant, unique wedding venue! Lit purely by candlelight with a straw covered floor and with all original features, it makes the perfect setting for this Game Of Thrones wedding inspiration. Decorated with florals by Bizzy Lizzy Flowers, the wedding scene is grand and regal.
