A Fun Winter Wedding in Cambridge

Here’s what Sonder Lust Photography told us about this fun winter wedding:

“I often see city elopements in major cities across the UK and the thing that ties them together is the architecture, the white brick/black railings. I have lived in Cambridge nearly all my life and the buildings and streets here are just exquisite. Cambridge itself is a very traditional and classical town, and I wanted to stir it up – just a little… I mean setting off smoke grenades on Green Street was quite a daring move but SO worth it.”

We love how fun these photos are! What better way to mark your wedding than with a big scoop of gelato?

A Cambridge Wedding - Dressing for the occasion

This bride is rocking a bespoke, short wedding dress, adorned with tassels galore! The look is compleed a bridal headpiece by Rachel Sokhal Bridal, cherry earrings and some gorgeous red heels! Oh, and don’t forget the faux fur coat to keep the cold out! Hair and makeup were done by The Chloe & Co, who was also the lovely model for this shoot.

Just because you’re eloping doesn’t mean you can’t still have a fab wedding bouquet! These white blooms from So Blooming Beautiful really add to the look, bound by a simple velvet ribbon for the free-spirited vibe.
