My photography is for couples who think a little differently and live a little differently.
Yes, I’m drawn to colour, bold ideas, and creativity. I love the theatre of a wedding day. The energy, the fireworks, the moments that feel larger than life. Those flashes of joy that burst across the day like confetti in the wind.
But just as much, I’m drawn to the quiet side of it all.
The moments that often slip past unnoticed. A gentle squeeze of a hand. A tear that appears and disappears in seconds. The laughter between friends when no one thinks a camera is watching. The hugs, the looks, the tiny expressions that carry enormous meaning.
Those are the moments that last.
As an artist, my role is to create something that feels unique, special, and truly yours. Not a template. Not a formula. Something that reflects who you are as a couple.
That means taking the time to get to know you in the months leading up to the wedding. Understanding how you connect, how you laugh, what matters to you. Because the best photographs don’t come from instructions. They come from trust and familiarity.
This is more than a booking.
It’s a relationship between artist and client. A collaboration.

This pre wedding shoot is really a connection session. We meet up, wander through woodland in Leicester, chat properly, and gently click the shutter here and there. It is not a marathon of posing. It is not an intimidating three hour stare at the lens. It is muddy boots, messy hair, wind in your face, and that grin you forgot you had.
I know a five mile square stretch of woodland like it is an old friend. I know where the light spills in winter snow, where it glows in summer blaze, and where the rain turns everything cinematic. Whatever the weather decides to do, we make it part of the story.
Bring the children. Bring the dog. Especially the dog. Let them charge through leaves while we capture the chaos that actually feels like you. This is about understanding each other before the wedding day arrives in all its champagne fizz and timeline ticking.
The magic is this: any pre wedding nerves quietly pack their bags. You leave having had a genuinely good time, with beautiful photographs and a calm confidence about the day to come. On the wedding itself, I am no longer “the photographer.” I am someone familiar. Someone you trust. Someone who already knows your best side and your real laugh.
These sessions are usually £300, but if you book through the site, it is complimentary. A little gift at the start of your story together.
