Who doesn’t love a pizza truck at a wedding!? We are Dough Disciples Pizza Truck and our pizzas are awesome! 3 day cold fermented organic dough, hand stretched and topped with fresh basil, San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte mozzarella. You’ll gather that we only use the best authentic, fresh ingredients. 

You won’t find formal dining, foam or jus here! We’re all about Festival style service and casual top quality finger food, with your guests enjoying the theatre and vibe of the truck while ordering their own 11” pizza. We’re like the kitchen at a House Party, it’s where everyone mingles and wants to be!

Our real strength is serving delicious hand stretched pizzas at speed and with a smile. No long queues here, we can serve 100 pizzas per hour. So your guests will enjoy seeing their pizzas being hand stretched and thrown in the air, topped with the likes of Napoli Salami, spicy Nduja, or Portobello mushrooms with truffle oil. Cooked in 60 seconds under a 500 degree C flame, your guests will thank you. So, not only do your guests get great food, they get a bit of show cooking entertainment thrown in too!
