Back To Nature - An Outdoor Adventure Wedding
Here’s what wedding planner Luca Minelli told us about this wild wedding:
“This outdoor adventure wedding was inspired by a long journey I took – I walked 1000m from France to Spain and lived out of my backpack. I loved the idea of an extreme adventure for a couple that overcomes all barriers. We created a ‘love nest’ in the middle of the woods, styled with what the forest offered us. There was a burning fire, toasted marshmallows, and romantic fairy lights. Simplicity is a symbol of strength for a couple who are not afraid of life’s adversities.”
Wedding Wear For An Outdoorsy Couple
This adventurous couple were the perfect models for this shoot, as they’re keen climbers and lovers of the outdoors. Their love shines so brightly in these photos!
The team chose a natural look for the bride because nobody wants to trek through the forest in stilettos! Her cream tulle wedding dress is decorated with vintage lace, perfect for either dressing up with accessories or dressing down with a jumper and hiking boots.
The groom is rocking a brown, vintage velvet blazer and cream trousers – a cosy smart casual for the autumnal tones of the forest.

When you’re celebrating your wedding in such a gorgeous, natural location, it’d be silly not to make the most of its beauty!
We love the way this outdoor adventure wedding makes use of nature’s colours and materials. From wooden cutlery to using fruit, berries and succulents for decoration, this shoot really embraces the ‘back to nature’ ethos… and damn, does it look great! The styling is completed with fur throws, vintage props and tall candles.
