Getting Ready: Red-Hued Romance
The morning started with portraits of Caitlin in a sparkling corset and ruffled bridal robe from Bridal Shop London for some relaxed, getting-ready shots. Her sleek bun by NUA Bridal Hair and glam makeup from Ewa Iracka MUA , finished with a deep red lip, tied straight into the cherry-coded palette of this red winter wedding.
Caitlin and Sam spent the morning together rather than separately. Calm moments showed them on the bed, reading their pink wedding newspaper from Photo Press UK, cherries on the cover.
They helped each other with final details too. Caitlin fixed Sam’s tie, he fastened her dress, and she pined on his buttonhole. It was simple, relaxed, and sets the tone for a rule-breaking winter day.
Wedding Looks: Bold Red Winter Style
For the main wedding look, Caitlin wore a sleek slip dress from Minster Bridal Boutique with a low back that showed off her tattoos. She carried a small bouquet of red flowers that fitted perfectly with the cherry-red palette of the winter wedding.
Sam kept it sharp in a black suit, white shirt and deep red tie, finished with a burgundy calla lily buttonhole wrapped in red ribbon.
Outside, the vibe turned playful. The couple posed with their burgundy wedding car, and Caitlin threw on a black leather jacket by Niamh Designs, embroidered with “just married” and a pair of cherries. It added edge, personality and a bit of rebellious fun.
The Church Service Sax, Soul & Winter Magic
A fabric welcome sign by Braw Stationery sat at the entrance – white fabric, red lettering and a delicate church illustration. A floral floor arrangement from Immy Héloïse Floral Design set the mood. Candles from Gem of a Wedding lined the aisle, while extra florals marked the walkway, giving St Marys Church, Bridgewater a warm winter wedding glow.
Inside, Shalana Serafina’s vocals filled the space with atmosphere. Outside, Alex Cairns Music played sax, adding a cinematic, sultry edge. The confetti toss with confetti from Hitched with Stevens finished the moment with a playful burst of energy.

Venue Vibes & Details: Cherry Red Romance
At The Old Vicarage Hotel Bridgwater, the vibe went full cherry-coded the moment the couple walked in. The bar poured deep red cocktails under fairy lights, while candles added a moody, wintery glow. The whisky and cigar bar added drama – textured glasses, bottles, cigars, florals and cherries arranged together in a cabinet.
It’s vibe is grown-up, a little rebellious, and perfectly in tune with this cherry red winter wedding.
The wedding breakfast table was super stylish. Knot & Co coordinated the look, layering a red draped runner over crisp white linen. Immy Héloïse Floral Design’s flowers cascaded from the table to the floor. Flickering candles from Gem of a Wedding sat in candelabras, adding height and soft light, while white charger plates keep everything grounded. Braw Stationery provided menus and place cards that slotted neatly into the theme and coordinated with the invitation suit they also created.
The dessert table by Lydia Kraitman Cakes was true indulgence. A long rectangular cake, bowls of treats, chocolates and cherries were joined by a tiramisu tower – champagne glasses tied with red ribbons and filled with tiramisu, a playful twist on the champagne tower trend. Set against the dark wood panelling, the reds popped, while Alex Cairns Music provided a slow-burn sax soundtrack.

The wedding cake from AT Cake Artistry took the spotlight too. Three white tiers, with a cherry-embossed middle layer, delicate feather-like icing and subtle rice paper and red ribbon details made it striking.
Together with the desserts and tablescape coordinated by Knot & Co, it’s a cherry-coded feast for the eyes.
Capturing the Cherry Red Winter Vibes

She played with light and shadow, leaning into real moments, and capturing quiet, in-between glances that gave the gallery its soul.
