For over 13 years I’ve been helping couples preserve the story of their wedding day through photography. Along the way I realised something:. Some of the most meaningful parts of a couple’s story never appear in a photograph.

The first meeting. The shared adventures. The inside jokes. The challenges overcome. The memories shared by parents, siblings and lifelong friends. The journey that shaped who you became together long before you said, “I do.”

That discovery led me to create Your Legendary Tale, a bespoke storytelling service inspired by real couples and the people who know them best.

Every Legendary Tale is created through conversations, questionnaires and contributions from friends and family. Personal memories, meaningful moments and wedding-day experiences are woven together into a beautifully crafted narrative that reflects each couple’s unique personalities and history.

Friends, parents, siblings and lifelong companions become part of the story too, sharing their own memories and perspectives that might otherwise be forgotten. The result is more than a wedding gift or keepsake. It is a celebration of the people, relationships and experiences that made you who you are.

Every tale is professionally written, designed and printed as a hardback book, creating a lasting heirloom to be read, shared and treasured for years to come.

Most wedding photography focuses on how a wedding looks. I care more about how it feels.

Before your wedding, I spend time getting to know you, understanding the people who matter most, the relationships you’ve built and the moments you’ll want to remember long after the flowers have faded and the cake has disappeared.

On the wedding day I’m not there to constantly direct or pose you. Instead, I create space for real moments to happen naturally. The hugs that last a little longer. The friend who travelled across the world to be there. The parent trying not to cry. The chaos, laughter and quiet moments that make your wedding uniquely yours.

Many of the couples I work with are planning weddings that don’t fit neatly into a traditional box. Some skip formalities entirely. Some create new traditions. Aome bring together communities from different backgrounds. Others simply want a wedding that feels like them.
