disco western wedding ideas
Here’s what Lily Jones from Quirky Weddings told us about this disco western wedding:
“Picture a sun-drenched barn adorned with twinkling fairy lights and shimmering disco balls, casting a magical glow over the rustic wooden interior. The bride, in a full sequin gown and cowboy boots, twirls under the vibrant reflections of light, her bright bouquet adding a touch of wildflower beauty. The groom, in a tasseled shirt paired with a stylish Stetson hat, looks dapper against the backdrop of hay bales and metallic streamers. Tables are set with magenta plates, fabulously bright centerpieces, and mini disco ball accents, combining the best of country charm and disco dazzle.”

Disco Western Wedding Cake
Eva Cockrell Cake Design brought together the sleek style of a modern wedding cake with the fun of tassels and disco balls for this show-stopping cowboy wedding cake.
Fun wedding Flowers
Twig & Bee created these beautiful freestanding floral arrangements in bright colours, as well as the perfect multi-coloured bud vases for the centrepieces on the tables, and a beautiful bouquet, combining colourful blooms mixed with dried pampas to fit the disco western wedding vibe.
Disco Wedding Stationery
Emberwood Creative designed and printed this beautifully bold pink wedding stationery suite, place names with tassels and disco balls and a ‘Howdy Y’all’ welcome sign complete with silver tassels and on the bottom.
Sparkly wedding styling
The Wedding Coven styled the table with a silver sequin runner, magenta charger plates, and beautiful pink cut glassware. Of course, there were also lots of disco balls! The venue was decorated with an abundance of silver streamers from Streamadelica, really bringing the disco energy.
bring the FUN
This western disco wedding is brought to life by some fun alternative wedding entertainment:
Old Skool Bus Events brought along their amazing real American school bus which can be both a bar or a food truck on a wedding day. It provided the perfect backdrop for some Americana inspo!
The Handmade & Hire Company brought along Polly the caravan photobooth which is just the cutest photobooth you will ever see! She looks right at home at this festival wedding venue.
Disco Phone UK’s mirror ball audio guestbook was practically made for this shoot! An audio guestbook is a fun and memorable way to receive and treasure well wishes from your loved ones.
The magic was in the little touches too, including disposable cameras from Posable Weddings, a disco ball drinks wall by Events In Bloom, and favours from Penny Lemonn.
