I’m Becky from Foxglove & Black and I’m passionate about helping couples do away with tradition and have their wedding. THEIR way!
After getting married myself a few years ago, I grew tired of everybody telling me their opinions on what we should or shouldn’t be doing. I mean seriously – EVERYBODY had an opinion! There also didn’t seem to be much choice out there. In particular for couples who wanted something a little bit different and a lot more personal to who they are. So, armed with my big imagination to work with a theme; love of flowers; texture & colour, Foxglove & Black was born!
Using my 15 years of experience working as a graphic designer, i possess a wealth of knowledge, and passion, about what i do. I use these valuable skills to create epic tablescapes, ceremony styling and original floral designs, to make YOUR wedding day vision come to life! And if you need wedding stationery designed? Well, hey I can do that too!

After feeling very deflated with the white wedding kind of stylists, our venue recommended Becky, and we thank our lucky stars they did!
Our first meeting we discussed our witchy woodland theme and I loved the fact she was equally excited about our day as we were. She came up with some wonderful ideas and had the same view as we did, she saw our day as a classically beautiful, dark, romantic wedding, not a tacky Halloween wedding. She then sent us some stunning mood-boards of centrepiece ideas, the colours and flowers we’re so unusual and perfect for our day.
Becky is so easy to work with, if I wanted anything changing she was so lovely, patient and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Even down to styling around important objects in our house, we wanted included in our day.
I really appreciated she would send us sneak peeks of our flowers in the run up to the day, it was all so exciting! I trusted her completely to create our tablescapes and was not disappointed when I arrived on the day. Everything looked perfect down to the smallest little detail!!! It was definitely a day I will treasure for the rest of my life and the beauty of the styling will always be a part of those memories.
I would 100% recommend Becky to any Brides or Grooms to be. If you want to take the stress of decorating your venue and make wedding planning fun again!

As an alternative bride, I was finding it daunting and disheartening wading through a sea of wedding decor companies, florists and styling options which did not fit myself and my fiancé at all, showing us the same things we had seen so many times before and leaving us with little option but to compromise our dream vision of our wedding. Enter…Becky! I was so excited to get intouch with Becky and start discussing ideas. From the get go she was so enthusiastic about our ideas adding her own amazing suggestions to future bring our vision to life. It was so refreshing talking to someone who completely understood what we were looking for. Discovering she also did floristry and graphic design were just the icing on the cake! She took our ideas, colour scheme and small details into account in everything she created. Our stationery got so many compliments from our guests with more than one saying it was “The coolest wedding invite I’ve ever received!”. From getting in touch 15 months before the wedding to seeing her on the day, Becky’s commitment was clear.
