Vegas Wedding Chapel Inspiration
with Kitsch Styling

Las Vegas might be thousands of miles away, but this styled shoot brings a slice of wedding chapel glamour to Hereford.

Created by Claire Roige Photography at Shack Revolution, the concept takes inspiration from the city’s iconic chapels, mixing checkerboards, cherubs, disco balls and a pink Cadillac with vibrant florals, bold fashion and a healthy dose of kitsch charm.

Vegas Wedding Chapel Ceremony

A ceremony was always going to sit at the heart of a Vegas wedding chapel inspired shoot. Un-traditional Wedding Stylist created a bold backdrop using a giant red heart, checkerboard plinths and a neon sign.

Lush Blooms Bespoke Floristry echoed the red, pink and black colour palette through statement floral arrangements, while disco balls and metallic accents added to the celebratory feel.

At the centre of the setup, Seren Celebrants led the ceremony beneath the heart shaped backdrop. Confetti provided by Your Confetti added another layer of colour and celebration, helping capture the playful atmosphere often associated with Vegas wedding chapels.

Vegas Inspired Reception Styling

The styling continued beyond the ceremony backdrop and onto the reception table. Un-traditional Wedding Stylist extended the red, pink and black palette and checkerboard motif through runners, coloured glassware, heart shaped plates and candlelight.

Cherubs became a recurring motif throughout the styling, appearing amongst the ceremony florals and table details. Combined with sacred hearts, dice and disco balls, they introduced references to both romance and chance, two themes often associated with Vegas weddings.

Lush Blooms Bespoke Floristry brought in red and blush florals, with texture added through dried elements and painted foliage.

Vegas Wedding Details

Claire of Claire Roige Photography explains, “Don’t forget the details. Dress, florals and make up are easy to remember, but little things like cake details and table décor can really help the whole look be more cohesive and impactful.”

Vegas Inspired Wedding Stationery

Say Yes Design used the stationery to help establish the Vegas wedding chapel aesthetic from the outset. Dice, cherries, cherubs and heart motifs appeared across invitations, menus and place cards, carrying the same playful, kitsch references seen throughout the styling.

The Pink Cadillac

Few vehicles are as closely associated with Vegas weddings as a pink Cadillac. Supplied by 2 XL Limos, the car became one of the shoot’s most recognisable details, bringing together the retro influences and wedding chapel inspiration.

A Wedding Cake Inspired by Love and Luck

Baked by Alexandra created a four tier statement cake that became a focal point within the styling. Covered in cherubs, hearts, cherries and playing card details, the design brought together many of the motifs seen throughout the shoot.

The scale of the cake echoed the boldness of the concept, while the playful decorations leaned into the kitsch wedding chapel aesthetic running throughout the styling.

Vegas Inspired Wedding Fashion

Mini Wedding Dress

Laura May Bridal‘s mini wedding dress paired a plunging neckline with a shorter hemline, creating a look that felt both modern and playful. Cupid Blue Bridal provided the standout detail – a veil trimmed with bold red ruffles.

Coloured Wedding Suit

In contrast to the mini dress, Annie’s look took a more structured approach. A deep burgundy suit with a patterned jacket brought the shoot’s colour palette into the outfit, offering an alternative to more traditional wedding suit colours.

Hair and Makeup

Planet Glam Make Up Studio and That Vivid Blond created looks that reflected the bold styling seen throughout the shoot. Sleek hair, defined makeup and polished finishes worked alongside the vibrant colour palette and statement fashion choices.

Wedding Nails

Laura’s manicure by Killer Klaws carried the same playful references seen elsewhere in the shoot. Tiny hearts, cherries and red details mirrored motifs found throughout the stationery, styling and cake design.

Floral Fashion Details

Lush Blooms Bespoke Floristry carried the red, pink and black palette into both of the looks.

Laura’s bouquet took the form of a floral hoop, combining orchids, calla lilies and trailing textures in a design that felt every bit as much a fashion piece as a bouquet.

Annie’s floral installation replaced a traditional buttonhole altogether. Running across the jacket, it mirrored the scale and impact of the bouquet while bringing florals directly into the tailoring.

Capturing the Day at Shack Revolution

Shack Revolution provided a fitting backdrop for the concept. The venue’s exposed brickwork, industrial interiors and open event spaces contrasted with the bold colour palette, neon details and wedding chapel styling, allowing each element room to stand out.

Claire Roige Photography not only captured the shoot but also developed the original concept. From wider styling installations to close-up details, the images document the many elements that came together to create the finished look.

Alongside the photography,  One Lush Day documented the shoot through video content, capturing the atmosphere and creative process behind the scenes.
