how to rock a colourful summer wedding
Tasteful Colour
Colorful doesn't necessarily mean rainbows on everything. You can go for a big range of colours or create something with a smaller palette. Have fun playing with colours!
Make a statement
Think about textures and dramatic pieces such as ribbons hanging from trees. The internet, supermarkets and craft shops are great for finding bits to use.
Mix it up
You don't have to go designer for your outfits. A mix of high street, bespoke and second hand is a fab option!
colourful summer wedding ideas
Here’s what Frankie from Pink Photographics told us about this colourful summer wedding inspiration:
“From the very start, I wanted this shoot to be bright, colourful and fun. With the summer on its way and after a year of no festivals, holidays or big social gatherings, I thought a festival theme would be a perfect fit for a new outdoor wedding venue – Crown Hall Farm.
When thinking about what colour palette to use, we worked from the reds/oranges of an Ibiza sunset and worked from there.
I wanted to show that you don’t need to have a high budget to create something striking and an outdoor ceremony doesn’t have to be boho/woodland styling.”
