Retro industrial wedding styling
This retro industrial wedding shoot took place at Mapperley Farm, Derbyshire wedding venue and working farm. Their cowshed was the perfect backdrop! Let’s talk about this incredible wedding styling…
We’re digging all the awesome props and furniture from Pretty Vintage Hire and neon sign from Smithy’s Events. This unique wedding styling mixes the old with the new, for a fresh and modern yet fun and nostalgic vibe. The peacock-inspired colour scheme is built around warm pinks and reds, with accents of gorgeous teal and a load of lush greenery.
This retro wedding stationery by Bluebell Press really locks in the 70s influence, and brilliantly complements the gorgeous wedding cake by Cakes By Natalie. J Austin Designs really smashed it with these statement wedding flowers, tying the whole thing together flawlessly.

epic alternative groomswear
Leon and Russ are a real couple, who are actually engaged! This groomswear is just next level WOW! The Wedding Boutique Ilkeston provided these awesome coloured suits – our favourites are the velvet rust & gold blazers paired with the dark teal trousers. The whole look is elevated with these showstopping floral pieces from J Austin Designs – check out the flower cape & headdress! So gorgeous! With natural, glowing make up by Lifeofabeautygirl, these grooms look incredible.
Sarita White Photography really captured the magic of this retro industrial wedding shoot.
