Main character energy
Lucy Can’t Dance, known for their colour-pop dip-dye gowns, designed both the red and pink wedding dresses for their Valentine’s collection. The ceremony gown featured a striking half-and-half halter neck, a bold train, and even pockets! To complete the look, The Lucky Sixpence handcrafted a statement Valentine’s heart halo crown and flaming heart earrings.
For makeup, Katie Gale Bridal created a fresh, radiant look for model Eleanor Hudson, using soft pink tones across her eyes, cheeks, and lips. A relaxed half-up hairstyle with curls framed the jewellery beautifully, enhancing the effortlessly romantic vibe.
For the second look, Lucy Can’t Dance provided a fun dip-dye mini dress and an alternative pink and red veil. Paired with white cowboy boots and a bold red lip, this playful bridal style was made for dancing the night away.

Dress the room
Inspired by the two-tone dress, Chloe from The Copper Cacti curated a playful mix of pink and red love hearts at the stunning Little Channels barn.
“We used hues of different reds and pinks in the florals & decorations, and felt that it was such a playful vibe that disco balls were a must. I am a disco ball fiend so adding them to the shoot came naturally to me, but we integrated other elements of the sparkles in the streamers and the mini pots (handmade by me) to house the little cacti and succulents. We kept all metal gold from the cutlery to the candle sticks to clash the silver sparkles too, giving it a bit more pop.” Explains Chloe
Succulents and cacti featured in both the displays and bouquet, adding texture and a unique twist while maintaining a romantic feel.
An eye-catching love heart backdrop with silver streamers became the perfect ceremony focal point. In front of a pink and red floral meadow and shimmering disco balls, celebrant Claire Denis conducted a handfasting ceremony using coordinating red and pink ribbons.

on theme Tasty treats
The Hungry Tribe crafted a delicious-looking love heart wedding cake. Covered in retro pink and red icing with cherries and a playful “Just Married” topper, it fit seamlessly into the theme. A shimmering love heart backdrop not only framed the cake but also created fun photo opportunities.
Striking Stationery & Sweetheart Table
The pink and red love heart theme was carried across to the wedding stationery. Wild Moon Stationery designed arched invitations, giving guests an early glimpse of the theme. Vow books featured hearts and stars, while heart-shaped place settings and vibrant menus dressed the sweetheart table. Candles, cacti in disco ball pots, and playful florals completed the scene.
