How To Style A Wedding Dessert Table

Make a statement

A brilliant thing about wedding dessert tables is that you can make a statement with them and style them any way you like! You can play with props and cake stands as well as incorporate flowers, candles, and any other decor! You can use jam jars, tall martini glasses, platters, or something totally out of the ordinary!

For an extra wow factor, display the desserts at different heights to create an awesome focal point. Or pair them with a doughnut wall alongside to add impact! Your suppliers may already have these styling items, or you could rent, borrow, or thrift them.

Gor for something different!

Maybe you’re not feeling a table layout? Get creative! You can make an incredible display with cabinets, crates, ladders, or vintage furniture! Maybe you could have your display in front of a backdrop to make it really pop. If you are having your wedding dessert table alongside a wedding cake, you can carry through the design and style – your cake designer will be able to advise on this.

Wedding dessert tables do work well outside but remember the practicalities! They can look great on photos but no-one wants a piece of fruit covered in bugs so make sure you take appropriate precautions. After putting all that effort in, your dessert table deserves to be eaten!
